We take up to 5 days to ship your order. All our orders are processed by BlueDart. You can expect the product to reach you within 15 days of ordering. Delays maybe expected in certain cases. Although we try to optimise our process but some situations are beyond our control and that might sometimes result in delayed deliveries. We offer free delivery across India. We provide a 15 days window to request returns from the date of delivery. All the original packing and tags should be intact at the time of pickup. Once we receive a returned product, we inspect it to check if it passes for the return. It might take upto 7 days to process and approve or deny the return request. Used products can not be returned in any case. Upon the approval of the return request an additional time of 7 business days is needed to process the refund. If the customer finds the product damaged upon delivery, they should raise a return request within 48 hours with a clear picture and a video showcasing the damage clearly. The right to deny a return request is held with Saveri at all times. Changes and additions may be made to this policy at any time without being notified.
