Returns and Refunds
We provide a 15 days window to request returns from the date of delivery. All the original packing and tags should be intact at the time of pickup. Once we receive a returned product, we inspect it to check if it passes for the return. It might take upto 7 days to process and approve or deny the return request. Used products can not be returned in any case.
Upon the approval of the return request an additional time of 7 business days is needed to process the refund.
If the customer finds the product damaged upon delivery, they should raise a return request within 48 hours with a clear picture and a video showcasing the damage clearly.
The right to deny a return request is held with Stoness at all times.
Changes and additions may be made to this policy at any time without being notified.
