Saveri Switch - TERMS & CONDITIONS

OFFER OVERVIEW

Saveri Switch ("Offer") allows eligible customers to exchange their purchased jewelry for any other design of same or lower value at absolutely no cost within 12 months of purchase. This offer is limited to the first 100 customers who purchase after 26th May, 2025, 12.00 AM.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Who Can Avail This Offer

  • First 100 customers who place orders after 26th May, 2025 at 12:00 AM
  • Original purchaser or registered gift recipient only
  • Valid for 12 months from original purchase date (not from gift registration date)

Gift Recipients

  • Gift recipients must register ownership within 12 months of original purchase to be eligible
  • Registration can be done by scanning the QR code provided with the product or through our website
  • Only one person can register ownership per product
  • Original purchaser cannot claim exchange benefits once ownership has been transferred to gift recipient

EXCHANGE TERMS

What Can Be Exchanged

  • Any jewelry piece purchased under this offer
  • Exchange allowed for products of same value without additional cost
  • For lower value products, customer receives the difference in store credits
  • For higher value products, customer pays the price difference
  • Full sets must be exchanged as complete sets (partial exchanges not permitted under standard terms)

Exchange Timeline

  • Exchange must be initiated within 12 months of original purchase date
  • Exchange request can be placed through our website
  • Store credits will be issued immediately upon product pickup but will be available to use only upon the approval of the returned product
  • Customer has 6 months to utilize store credits from date of issue

Product Condition

  • Products will be accepted in any condition for standard exchanges
  • Original packaging not required (no deduction for missing packaging)
  • Products must be authentic and purchased from our official channels

EXCHANGE PROCESS

How to Initiate Exchange

  1. Visit our website and submit exchange request
  2. Receive immediate store credit upon pickup
  3. Wait for the product approval (approval is granted or denied within 48 hours of the product reaching Saveri office)
  4. Use the store credits within 6 months from the date of issue to make any purchase on the Saveri website (saveri.in)

Logistics & Shipping

  • Free pickup of original product from registered address
  • Pickup will be scheduled within 48 hours of request
  • New product delivery at no additional cost
  • The customer bears ₹300 shipping cost only if the returned product was not originally sold by Saveri. We will ship it back to you.
  • Products will be inspected and approved/denied within 48 hours of the delivery to the Saveri office.

SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES

Partial Exchanges

  • Partial exchanges are generally not permitted under this offer
  • Exceptions may be made for special circumstances including:
  • Loss of partial pieces from a set
  • Theft of partial pieces from a set
  • Damage to partial pieces due to manufacturing defects
  • Store credit for partial exchanges will be determined based on inspection of remaining pieces
  • Credit amount will be calculated based on proportionate value of returned pieces
  • Final decision on partial exchange eligibility rests with company management

Non-Eligible Scenarios

  • Products purchased before offer launch date
  • Products purchased after first 100 orders are completed
  • Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or third-party platforms
  • Exchanges initiated after 12-month deadline

STORE CREDIT TERMS

Credit Validity

  • Store credits are valid for 6 months from date of issue
  • Credits cannot be transferred to another person
  • Credits cannot be converted to cash or bank transfers
  • Unused credits will expire after validity period

Credit Usage

  • Credits can be used for any products on our website
  • Credits can be combined with ongoing promotions unless specifically excluded
  • Partial credit usage is allowed (remaining balance carries forward)
  • Credits cannot be used to purchase gift cards

COMMUNICATION & TRACKING

How You'll Know About Your Offer

  • Website popup notification upon purchase
  • WhatsApp and email reminders
  • Physical card included with your order showing validity date
  • Account dashboard showing exchange eligibility status

Offer Validity Tracking

  • Offer validity will be displayed on your account dashboard
  • Automated reminders will be sent over WhatsApp and/or email (if provided by the customer) after purchase
  • Physical card provided with order will show exact expiry date

GENERAL CONDITIONS

Offer Modifications

  • Company reserves the right to modify these terms with 15 days notice
  • Existing customers will be grandfathered under original terms
  • Changes will be communicated via email and website announcements

Dispute Resolution

  • All disputes related to this offer will be resolved by company management
  • Inspection reports and photographic evidence will be basis for decisions
  • Customer service team will provide detailed explanations for any rejections

Fraud Prevention

  • Each customer/phone number/address can avail this offer only once
  • Company reserves right to reject suspicious or fraudulent claims
  • Multiple accounts by same person to avail offer multiple times is prohibited

Termination

  • Company reserves right to terminate this offer at any time
  • Existing eligible customers will continue to enjoy benefits until their individual expiry dates
  • Termination notice will be provided on website and social media channels
